    What Should I expect from my first salon visit?

    1. Guests should expect a warm welcome at the door from our staff. As well as an in-depth consultation with your stylist to discuss your hair goals, concerns, and preferences. Our stylists will also be able to give our guest's expert advise on styles that suite your lifestyle and hair type.

      Pro Tip: Pay attention to how your stylist guides you through future maintenance and care; this is a sign of a truly professional experience.


  2. How often should I schedule a salon visit?

    1. This can vary based off your hair type, style and maintenance goals.

      • Short cuts every 4-6 weeks to keep style sharp.

      • Longer hair trims every 8-12 weeks to maintain healthy ends.

      • Coloring Services

        • Root Retouch every 4-6 weeks

        • Highlights every 10-12 weeks

        • Balayage or lived in looks every 12-16 weeks


  3. What are common hair treatment services?

    • Demineralizing Treatment: removes all mineral, metal, product and environmental build up from the hair.

    • Keratin Treatment: smooths and reduces frizz.

    • Deep Conditioning Treatment: protein treatment to help strengthen hair and adds bounce to limp lifeless hair.

    • Moisture Treatment: helps drench depleted moisture in dry or curly textured hair types.

    • Protein/Moisture Treatment: helps restore strength and shine to chemically treated hair.


  4. How can I maintain my hair between salon visits?

    • Use pH balanced (4.5-5.5) shampoo that will help you retain hair color by minimizing color fade, and it won't strip your hair of natural oils or of the shine and vitality of the hair.

      Pro Tip: The pH of shampoo should always be listed on the bottle. if there is no pH on the bottle then you don't know if it's balanced to the hair skin and nails.

    • Conditioner should be applied from the root to ends and not be rinsed out completely.

    • Limit heat styling and always used a heat protectant spray.

    • Schedule regular trims to prevent split ends.


  5. What are the benefits of professional hair coloring?

    1. Stylists use advanced techniques like balayage or highlights for depth and dimension, and high quality products that minimize damage and deliver long lasting results. Guests can also get custom shades that compliment their skin tone and eye color. Through Colorist expertise in proper formulating and application professional hair coloring becomes an investment that is worth it to maintain vibrant, healthy hair.


  6. What Should I do if I am unhappy with a service?

    1. If you are not satisfied with your hair please address it promptly, by politely communicating your concerns with the stylist or manager. As well as being clear about what went wrong and what you would like to see adjusted. We prioritize our clients satisfaction and will work to resolve the issue. Feedback is so important as it helps us improve our services and ensures a better experience next time.


  7. Can I wash my hair after a color service?

    1. We ask that you wait to wash your hair for 36-48 hours after your color service because your hair needs to get back to its natural pH (4.5-5.5) before the first shampoo or you will wash out 20-30% of your color/toner.

      Pro Tip: Please be sure you are using a pH balanced (4.5-5.5) shampoo that's sodium chloride free to further protect your color.


  8. What happens if I am late for my appointment?

    1. we understand that unforeseen circumstances do happen. If you are 15 minutes late or more, you may not get the service with the stylist you reserved. Please call to notify the salon of any delays and we will try our best to honor your appointment.


  9. Do hair/lash models have to pay for their services?

    1. Yes, but you receive a 50% discount on all services.


  10. Are Salon customers eligible to be a hair/lash model?

    1. Yes our customers can take part of our academy classes anytime!
